Dakota County MN Real Estate

entrance dakota co executive homeWelcome to Dakota County Minnesota. This gorgeous suburban area is just south of St. Paul. It is my coreĀ  service area and my favorite real estate market. The lush countryside is graced with verdant woods, rolling hills, and is dotted by several prime recreation lakes. The north and eastern borders are defined by the Mississippi River and Minnesota River. Numerous creeks and streams that crisscross the landscape are tributaries to these Rivers. It is home to thriving economy and is supported by a robust infrastructure, transected by major arteries like Interstate 35, Interstate 494, U.S. Highway 525, U.S. Highway 61, and 13 different state highways. The excellent commercial transportation afforded by the rivers and roads has made Dakota County a strong center for economic activity.
