My website developer said that I should have some sort of “bio” page like this one as part of the site. While I can talk about Dakota County MN real estate all day long, I just am not very comfortable with “blowing my own horn.” I don’t circulate among elite real estate groups, and I don’t sponsor any golf tournaments or balloon rides. Those sorts of things just do not interest me. There is no big “Sherri Anderson Team” out there meeting with my clients in my behalf, nor do I have a secretary that screens my calls. I would rather talk directly to you myself. You won’t find my face on the cover of a REALTOR magazine, either. The most meaningful accolades that I have earned aren’t found engraved on a trophy; they come from testimonials by the clients themselves. I am not interested in putting up block-busting numbers. I am more concerned about providing the best service possible, while delivering outstanding results.
You always answered all of our calls promptly and kept us “in the loop” during the entire process. Our transaction went more smoothly than we had expected.

Usually, I am not working with more sellers than I can count on the fingers of both of my hands. This is exactly the way I want it. If I hired a big “team,” I would have to raise my fees, and it would just become harder to deliver prompt, personalized service. Independent Brokers Realty keeps its office fees low, and I intend to follow-suit by keeping my own administrative overhead costs down.

My fees are only 5% or less, but you will see that the service and marketing is not compromised as a result. Regardless of your price range, or the commission you pay to a REALTOR, you deserve excellent service. My marketing plans include extensive internet exposure, and traditional methods, including print advertising, open houses, and phone or face-to-face contact with prospective buyers. Marketing plans, ads, and the internet are very important, but they are no substitute for good old-fashioned prospecting by talking with as many people as possible every day.
